3. Cash on Delivery

Balozan currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

The customer is responsible for paying the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Balozan reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery across Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside Balozan's direct control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If the issue is caused by Balozan, we will provide the applicable solution according to our policy.

If a customer requests a return for a reason not caused by Balozan, applicable return or delivery charges may be the customer's responsibility.
